Important:

* This application will close 48 hours prior to the start of the Credit-By-Exam.

* Please read and understand the Credit-By-Exam/Test-Out information per the Iowa State University Office of Admissions. The fee of $100 for this exam will be placed on your university bill and you will be billed for this test even if you elect not to take it or do not pass. You may cancel your registration for this exam no less than 24 hours prior to the start of the exam to not be billed.  To cancel registration, please email mathematics@iastate.edu.   If you do not report for the scheduled examination, you must initiate a new request, including the examination fee payment in order to take a future examination.

* Bring your student ID to the test and a calculator if one is permitted. Arrive 10 minutes early.

* If you receive credit, a T grade will be posted at the end of the semester in which you took the exam.
